My wife and I cannot have enough of El Charro! They have yet to get our orders wrong after the numerous times we have been there. :) Not to mention, the food is always fresh, the margaritas are amazing, and the service is always helpful with any questions we have to ask, and even help when I ask for recommendations lol. We will always and forever be loyal customers to El Charro, and always recommend our friends and family to here.

Have you ever been to a bar at the end of the night when they turn the lights up to get rid of the customers? I went in at night and the lights are so bright, it was hurting my eyes.
Service was as described in some other posts, not friendly, but got the job done, I had a Margarita that was ok, my food was good, the flan was outstanding.
No ambiance whatsoever, pretty dull place, I wouldn't go back, no atmosphere at all. -

The food here is pretty good, but the decor is a bit dark and grim.
I agree with those who complain about the staff. They're not really friendly or attentive, my waitress left me sitting with my menu closed for awhile before coming over to take my order. I made eye contact with her, but she was talking to two of her coworkers in Spanish.
For the money, ambiance, and friendly staff, I'd rather go to Salsa's. -

We used to love to come to your place to eat anymore the food is cold did you change management !! No one can speak English so you can't talk to anyone Not one white person works there it is so dirty will never go back one of the guys waiting on a family was shaking his head oh no not me No Money

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this place! Came in from out of town and didn't know where to go. We LOVE Mexican food so we hoped this was good. I got the quesadilla delux and he got the super burrito. Both were delicious and came out very quickly! Also eaten very quickly! He got some grilled jalapeños and said they were "perfectly hot". I recommend this to anyone looking for good Mexican!
